A global conference ecosystem
that needed more than just
“marketing support”
Helping Build the Digital &
Creative Experience Behind a
The conference was bringing together IIT alumni, founders, investors, operators, researchers, policymakers, and global leaders under one ecosystem with multiple parallel events, workshops, cultural experiences, networking sessions, youth programs, and sponsor initiatives.

Groie came on board as the Official Digital Marketing Partner to support the conference across digital execution, branding, website experiences, merchandise, social media, event collateral, and overall creative consistency.

This also became one of Groie’s first major partnerships at scale. And because the conference ecosystem was constantly evolving, the execution needed to move just as fast.

Building consistency across a fast-moving event ecosystem
Most conferences operate with static deliverables. A website goes live. A few social posts are scheduled. Some banners get designed.

IIT2026 Global Conference, Long Beach
Outcome
This engagement became one of Groie’s earliest large-scale creative and digital partnerships. Not because of performance metrics.
But because it demonstrated Groie’s ability to operate inside a high-volume, globally visible conference ecosystem while handling:
Most importantly, it showed how strong design systems and fast execution shape how attendees experience an event long before they arrive.
