Scattered marketing
into an Inbound system
How Groie transformed Deep Space AI's fragmented marketing presence into a unified growth engine, with measurable results in under 90 days.

Good pieces, no picture
Platforms we manageWhen Deep Space AI came to Groie in May 2025, they were not starting from zero. They had a podcast, a handful of blogs, a functioning website, some email nurture sequences, and social media accounts with followers. On paper, they had all the ingredients.
But none of it was talking to each other. There was no unifying thread connecting their brand story to their digital presence, no strategic direction driving their content, and no way to measure what was actually moving the needle. They were spending energy in every direction and gaining momentum in none.

Deep Space AI
Building the engine, piece by piece
The ApproachGroie's work with Deep Space AI unfolded in deliberate layers, each one reinforcing the next.
Brand identity & website overhaul
We started where trust begins: the brand. Logo, colour palette, typography, merchandise, and visual language were all rebuilt from the ground up to reflect the ambition of a company with "Deep Space" in its name. The website was redesigned in parallel to give the new identity a home worthy of it.
Technical SEO audit + keyword strategy
Before the new site went live, we ran a full technical audit covering crawlability, site speed, schema, and on-page architecture. We mapped out 15 targeted keywords aligned to Deep Space AI's ideal customer and built an SEO-and-AEO-first content strategy around them.
Backlink building & content amplification
With the site live and technically sound, we launched a backlinking campaign alongside consistent content publishing. Forty days in, one of their primary keywords broke into the top 10. The signal was clear: the engine was running.
Social media calendar & channel strategy
We built a structured, consistent social content calendar tied to their brand voice and funnel goals. Channels that were once posting randomly now had a rhythm and a purpose: driving qualified traffic back to the website.

The next orbit
The foundation is set. Now it's about converting momentum into revenue. Groie's next phase with Deep Space AI is focused on three priorities
Lead reactivation
Re-engaging dormant and cold leads through targeted nurture sequences designed to book demo calls and revive stalled conversations.
Demo pipeline from SEO
Turning inbound SEO traffic into qualified demo bookings through conversion-optimised landing pages and strategic CTAs
Content depth & authority
Building a richer resource library to deepen authority, capture long-tail queries, and give the sales team better assets to close with.
The most ‘frequently asked questions’
Having all the ingredients and no system. Deep Space AI had a podcast, blogs, a website, and social accounts, but nothing was connected. No thread tied the brand story to the digital presence, and no way to measure what was working. Energy going everywhere, momentum nowhere.
We rebuilt the brand and redesigned the website, then ran a technical SEO audit, mapped 15 keywords to their ideal customer, and built an SEO and AEO-first content strategy backed by backlinking. One primary keyword broke into the top 10 in 40 days.
It works in layers, each reinforcing the next. Brand and website first, then technical SEO and keyword strategy, then backlinking and content amplification, then a structured social calendar tied to brand voice and funnel goals. The phases connect so activity compounds instead of scattering.
Start with the brand, then give it a website worthy of it. Credibility builds from there: a technically sound site, content that ranks for terms your ideal customer searches, backlinks that establish authority, and social channels with rhythm and purpose. The signals build on each other.
An SEO and AEO-first approach on a clean technical base. We ran a full audit before the new site went live, mapped keywords to their ideal customer, then published consistently while building backlinks. Getting the foundation right first is what lets early rankings hold and compound.
Early. One primary keyword reached the top 10 in 40 days, and across three months the results compounded into both traffic and pipeline. The early win was a signal the system was working, not the finish line.
A full brand overhaul and redesigned website, plus a technical SEO audit, a 15-keyword strategy tied to their ICP, an SEO and AEO-first content plan, a backlinking and amplification campaign, and a structured social media calendar. Each piece fed the next.
Lead with the brand story and the problem, not the internals. Deep Space sits between basic and enterprise, and getting that clarity right matters more than technical depth for the people signing off. We connect the brand narrative to the digital presence so buyers understand the value quickly.
